- New supercomputer
We are proud to announce the availablity of a new Linux cluster in the bioinformatics facility. The new system from Verari Systems is currently by far the most powerful supercomputer available at UCR. It has 256 CPU cores (64x Xeon Quad Core, Harpertown, 12MB cache), 640GB of total RAM and the latest Infiniband interconnect.
